Winchester welcomes new Members of every type and age, from Players to Coaches, Umpires, Managers, First Aiders, Committee Members and more. We have a fine reputation for being a friendly Club, and would welcome your contribution.

The Club is also recognised as a well organised Club having achieved the England Hockey ClubMark status.

Winchester HC is a non-profit organisation; we rely on the support of the parents in the junior section to assist our coaches in managing teams and also in the development of the clubs various sections as it grows. Key information you need to know:-

Membership and playing fees.

All Members must pay their subscription fees at the start of each season by 30th September in full (and must be paid at time of registration), and no later than the 30th September each year. Earlybird discounts - please pay by 31st August - see your Teamo account.

Match fees must be paid in full on the day every match played, without exception – please remember to pay through the Teamo App (or bring correct money please).

Please note:
1.  Subs should be paid by 1st September, and must be paid by 30th September 2023 latest
2.  Goalkeepers using kit provided by the club shall pay full subs for their age group
3.  Any juniors playing adult Saturday games shall pay £8 match fees
4.  Match fees to be paid on the day of the match through Teamo or cash to the team Captain

Financial Hardship: The Club recognises that from time to time certain members may need the support of the club to continue playing. Members concerned are asked to please make direct contact, in confidence, to either the Treasurer, or the relevant Membership Secretary, who will be able to help you.
