Whether you are a Member or a visitor to the Club I hope that the material on the website is informative and helpful; if not, I am confident someone will let us know. This is a new website designed to improve communication within the Club enabling Members to interact with various elements that appeals to them whilst at the same time allowing guests and potential new Members to better understand the Club.
Winchester Hockey Club prides itself on being a friendly Club and regardless of whether you wish to play hockey, watch the sport at the highest level or simply enjoy the more social side of the game, you are welcome to join us. Men and Women, boys and girls of all ages from youngsters to veterans make up the many teams we field each week to suit all abilities. We recognise that some players aspire to reach their maximum potential and many of our players move on towards national and regional honours playing for the County, the South of England or their home Country. Olympic Tickets Raffle Winners
The following list of lucky winners has won the draw to grab
one pair of tickets to the Olympic Hockey preliminary pool match event on the 30th July 2012 at the Olympic Stadium.
To claim your tickets, you must send a cheque made payable to
Winchester Hockey Club for £40, to Club Secretary – Yassir Mahmood,
32 Lower Brook Street, Winchester, Hants SO23 2DR, by the 30th May.
Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope, and Yassir will post one pair of tickets back to you as soon as they are received.

WHC Annual General Meeting Wednesday 23rd May 2012
Please be advised that the AGM this year will be held at the Tower Arts centre, Kings School, Winchester commencing at 7:30 pm on Wednesday 23rd May 2012. All Members are invited. Any motions for consideration at the Meeting from club members must be submitted in writing to the Club Secretary by the 25th April 2012. An agenda for the meeting will be available 14 days prior to the Meeting and will be posted on the Club Website. If there are any queries please contact Yassir Mahmood, Club Secretary.
