Hockey is back on – what you need to know – the essentials!

A full programme of training slots for all ages and groups is now booked up, has started, and will run through to end June at this stage – possibly longer depending on demand.

See Teamo for all slots, and please confirm attendance / book slots as in some cases numbers will be limited to Covid restrictions.

Senior club sessions will be more relaxed, with focus on short 7 a side games and some skill work – get fit, have fun, and meet up with your team-mates.

Saturday hockey matches. Our first games will start on 10th April for the two Vets sides, and on 17th April for senior club with intra club matches at Kings School pitches. Again; see Teamo for details and please once again continue to check in for Covid-19 registration. We may increase the men’s matches to two matches dependent on numbers, and look forward to seeing as many players as possible.

The Club Captain’s and Rory our fixture secretary are in process of organising additional Saturday fixtures for the following Saturdays, and will update Teamo as they are booked – Team Captains please liaise with Club Captains. NB: All of these matches will be friendlies, and reasonably local, both home and away.

For all matches and sessions please bring coloured and white tops!

Summer League Hockey

We are waiting confirmation of the plans for the Men’s summer leagues, which we will of course be participating in, and the ladies have already confirmed entry into the Southampton ladies summer league.

These will be in addition to club training and seven a side sessions.
